The Place Apartments' owner repainted rooms and hallways, remodeled bathrooms, installed new stoves, windows and even granite floors in kitchens; but Jack Smith, the owner, needed a new way to advertise and show off his beautiful apartments.
We designed a logo for The Place Apartments that looked fun but was still elegant and classy. The site was designed to show the new luxurious features of The Place Apartments and provide enough information for prospective tenants to get what they need. The pictures page shows pictures of the apartments in a fun and elegant manner that makes it easy for prospects to see what the apartments look like before they even visit. The site also shows the excellent location of The Place Apartments and conveys all of the information needed by prospective tenants before they visit in person.
